Harry grew up between Hampshire and North London, and has spent his working life around British housing stock — from Victorian terraces to Cotswold farmhouses and new-build riverside towers.

He founded his advisory practice after a decade in agency, frustrated that most clients were being sold to rather than advised. Today he works with a limited number of clients at a time, which means real availability, real research, and the freedom to say no to a property that doesn't stand up.

Outside work he governs at a local primary school and volunteers with a housing charity supporting first-time buyers in the South East.
